What does it mean to have Solar Plexus Chakra Lovin' ?
The Solar Plexus is the chakra within us in and around the stomach area or "feeling in our gut" in which we connect with our sense of play, happiness, joy, inner child self, and digestion. It is where we "digest life" and it is also where we can "feel sick to our stomach". It is the chakra that alerts us if we are working way too hard when it is out of balance (stomach upset, irritable bowels, ulcers, etc.), and also makes us feel all butterfly-ee and wobbly and high on life, laughing and giggling and feeling free when it is being tapped into in its fullest strength.
As the wonderful Louise Hay says in her book You Can Heal Your Life any physical troubles with our stomach is related to where we digest ideas and hold nourishment. It is also where we can affirm "I digest life with ease" (p.200). If your belly is bloated or you are feeling sick in your stomach, the chances are good your inner child self wants to alert you to some things out of balance in your work/play life right now.
